Pool Relay is a pool-scheduling and communications platform offered by Etcha Company LLC ("Etcha Company"). We can help with accounts, permissions, schedules, notifications, integrations, and the Pool Relay plugin for ChatGPT and Codex.

Include the email address on your Pool Relay account, a short description of what happened, the facility or Group involved, and the approximate date and time. Do not email passwords, access tokens, payment-card information, or sensitive health information.
Account and sign-in help
If you cannot sign in, tell us which sign-in method you used and copy the visible error message. For security, support will never ask for your password or an authentication code.
Calendar, permission, and notification help
For an unexpected schedule, permission, approval request, or email notice, include the Event name, date, Location, and Group. A screenshot is helpful when the problem is visual. Pool Relay editors remain responsible for reviewing and approving schedule changes that affect their Locations or Groups.
ChatGPT and Codex plugin help
Tell us whether the problem occurred while connecting the plugin, signing in, opening the calendar panel, or calling a particular tool. Pool Relay requires an authenticated account for private schedules and write actions. Disconnecting the plugin in ChatGPT or Codex stops that client from making new authenticated requests; you can also contact us to request account or data assistance.

Service status
If Pool Relay appears unavailable, first reload the page and try again. If the problem continues, contact support with the approximate time, the page or tool you were using, and any visible error. We investigate service interruptions and security reports as promptly as practicable.
